I teach with a constant emphasis on the connection between your breath, body, and mind. My goal is to guide you safely on the mat so you may better guide yourself off the mat.

Through nurturing and grounded practices that are curated to your unique needs and goals, my classes are designed to support everybody and every body.

My teaching fosters strength and inner peace, both in the body and beyond, rooted in the wisdom of yoga philosophy.

A love for anatomy (and lessons learned through injury) guide my eye for attuned alignment and cueing.

I honor yoga’s roots by living the practice — through study, embodied teaching, and a commitment to always remain a student.

I’ve found a home for my teaching at Steps on Broadway, where I lead weekly Open-Level Yoga Flow classes at one of New York City’s most iconic movement studios.

I also teach weekly with URBN Playground, bringing yoga to two of their vibrant residential communities across Manhattan.

Beyond that, I host pop-up classes and work with private clients — fostering new connections as much as possible.
